our lil kaylabear has taken a liking to her new cape (aka my old nursing cover). she insists on wearing it around the house...hilarious! i think the fact that her classmates at school are 3 other boys definitely makes her a bit tomboy-ish. and hey, i'm not complaining :) i was quite the tomboy myself growing up, so i encourage her to be active, independent, and a tad wild! and that my baby girl is...

on another note, philip just finished a crazy work schedule working 30 days straight in icu...so needless to say, we needed some nice relaxing date nights in. we love our down time after the bugger goes to sleep! here are a few of our quiet nights in with party platters, wings, fruit, drinks, and movies. sometimes nothing beats a lounging night with my huz.

so i bet phil really looooooooves that pic of him and the guitar...it makes his arm look some what buff...like he's been gym-in' it and not spending God-awful hours under the beautiful and healthy neon lights of the hospital....ummmm really??? 3 WHITE boys!?!?!?! oh dear...she and i need to spend a lil extra girl time together, so i can teach her the ways of being a beautiful ASIAN girl....=D i excel in that dept...(starting her early with the glasses there huh?? hehe)
