celebrations with my supergirl continued...

we recently celebrated easter with our baby girl.  while we had fun with the typical stuff like the easter bunny, baskets, egg hunts and all, we wanna make sure she grows up knowing the real meaning of easter and why we celebrate it - the resurrection of Christ :)  so of course we spent easter sunday at church!  here's our kbear in her sunday's best (since i'm not into all the pink frills and ruffles of easter dresses, kbear was in a very lowkey but beautiful jcrew-ish dress & cardy - thanks angela!) :)

her buddy at church was trying to hold her hand! tsk tsk. but then they proceeded to do their "ET phone home" which daddy was ok with :)

we also celebrated my birthday...fun times with the fam :) sushi, alaskan king crab legs, cocktails, date night, cakes, cupcakes, flowers, an embarrassing display of balloons, special gifts, celebrating with the in-laws, then celebrating with my own parents who flew out from LA, and best of all, time with my sweet sweet huz and precious kbear.  getting older isn't much fun, but it's not so bad doing it with the ones i love most :) and they sure do let me celebrate in style ;)

of course a piggy cupcake for me since i am a piggy!
