our last night with the in-laws, my m-i-l made us korean BBQ and kongnamul japchae (glass noodles with bean sprouts)...deLISH. surprising that after living w/them for a month, i didn't balloon up back to my preggo weight :P so thankful for their love, generosity, and crazy cooking skills ;) i know they follow our blog religiously (hehe), so i just wanna say, i love you, umma & appa choe! thank you for EVERYTHING this past month :)
the hubbs planned an LA trip for the 3 of us to visit friends, family, and get some much needed sun 8)
first stop: CRUMBS at the Americana for my first V-day/weekend surprise...GORGEOUS 75 degree weather at 9 in the morning! can't beat that :)

next stop (yes, this was all in one day): In-n-out of course. cheeseburger animal style with a whole grilled onion plus grilled onions w/an order of fries light w/a side of sauce and a side of chilis. *droooool*
special v-day surprise delivery awaiting me at home: 2 dozen long stemmed roses, a heartfelt card (his cards are the BEST), a spa package, a box of chocolates, and 2 meaningful books. i love my huz. thank u for not listening to me when i demanded you not get me flowers :) and the best LOVE gift for both of us on this special valentine's day: our baby girl, our precious kayla :)
