5 weeks of feelin the love

it's such a joy to see kayla change day by day.  from her cries to her eating habits to her looking curiously at the world to smiling more and more nowadays, i don't want to miss a second!  i love when she smiles - it totally melts my heart.  kayla definitely loves her daddy - she rests the best on his chest/tummy.  and when she gets fussy, daddy knows how to calm her down in a second - he has a song and routine to go with it :)  kayla really takes after her daddy more and more each day.

grandma leaves in a week, and she already doesn't know how she'll be able to leave her.  she's gotten so attached and close to her, you can tell kayla really loves her grandma.  then it'll be time for kayla to get to know her other grandma :)  so much love.

here she is at almost 5 weeks!  we love our little kayla bear.

thanks to all the visitors who've come by :)  kayla's so happy to have so many aunties and uncles who love her.  also, thanks to those from far away who've sent so much love.  we're feeling so blessed and thankful for all the support :)

we love you guys SO much.  it's been 5 weeks of a lot of much needed support, prayer, visits, and encouragement.  we feel so blessed to have each and every one of you in our lives, and we're so thankful kayla has so many awesome uncles and aunties :)
