we received a nice surprise delivery in the mail of two dozen red velvet and lemon cake pops from LA! never having tasted or even heard of them, philip and i were blown away ~ little BITES OF HEAVEN! :D haha. seriously, they were moist, delicious, sweet...pure perfection. little did we know, they were for us to hand out to family and friends after our baby is born (oops, philip already ate 4 of them!) to follow the tradition of "lollipops" announcing the birth of your baby. thanks to my amazing cousins donghyun oppa and charlene unni who are just SO incredibly thoughtful. we're so grateful for their
constant generosity and kindness towards us.

for the record, i ate five...and if the baby doesn't come out this sunday, the cake pops will not be as good and i will just have to eat them all. can't wait....
