pumpkin flavored anything/everything

i LOVE the fall.  the leaves are changing, there's a slight chill in the air, and best of all, there's PUMPKIN flavored everything!  i am one. happy. gal.  to my delight (and dismay, since i can't have it very often and only the decaf version of it), starbucks started serving pumkin spiced lattes again!  of course, this time of year inspires me to attempt all kinds of pumpkin recipes :)  after an impulse trip to the grocery store w/the hubs at 9pm this past wknd, voila ~ pumkin cake with cream cheese frosting!  i have to say, it turned out moist, delicious, and oh-so-ah-may-zing.
